A mystery with a contemporary feel. This book has a wonderful writing, a complex plot with several psychological twists. You enter deep into the characters from the very beginning the way it's written. Another important feature of this book is the two distinct povs. It was amazing how captivating both the povs were.

The details of the characters and their voices made everything believable. Amazing Amy was really alive. It was amazing how a mystery book can go so deep and make things feel so real. Readers will find the layered plot and the regular revelation at the right time enjoyable.

However, the ending might not be satisfactory to most readers. In a way the ending is like how most men would react to a bad relationship. That is, do nothing.

If you are looking for a good mystery written with literary writing along with the Contemporary feel, this is the book you should be going for.
